Rules for the publication in the magazine

Rules for the publication:

Judging:

1-      All researches, studies and articles to be published are subject to a scientific judgment by a scientific committee composed of academics and specialized capacities from Tunisia, Arab countries and others.

2-      The editorial board decides if the research will be referred to the scientific council or not.

3-      The researcher is informed when the board receives his search.

4-      The candidate research for publication is sent to 3 judges without mentioning the name of the researcher or researchers.

5-      The accepted research by at least 2 judges is published according to the date of final acceptance.

6-      When the research is accepted without notes, the procedures of publication are completed and the researcher is informed.

7-      When the research is refused, the board informs the researcher and sends him the notes of the jury.

8-      When there are notes or comments on the search, it is returned to the author accompanied by notes for the purpose of amendment before publication.

9-      The search gets the final acceptance for the publication only after the amendment proposed by the 2 judges.

Authors are alone responsible for the content of their researches and whatever the views do not necessarily reflect the views of editorial board.

Terms of the publication:

1-      The search must be characterized by originality, innovation and novelty according to the scientific methodology and objectivity of authorship.

2-      The search must not be previously published.

3-      It must satisfy the requirements of academic judgment and scientific integrity.

Instructions of publication:

1-      The researcher provides an abstract of his search in 2 languages: the native language of the research and other foreign language from the languages of publishing in the magazine within one page for the 2 abstracts.

2-      The researches and studies are sent via e-mail or a recorded copy on a digital holder /CD.

3-      Footnotes and explanatory notes are numbered in sequence as given in the search at the bottom of the page.

4-      The references are indicated in the text by the name of the author, the year of the publication and the number of the page between parentheses.

5-      If the number of the authors is more than 2, the name of the first author is written in the text and all the others are written in the final list of references regardless of the number of authors.

6-      References and sources are written in a single list at the end of the research and arranged alphabetically according to the surnames.

7-      The list of sources follows the following order: the surname and the name of the author/year of the publication/the title of the sources/country of the publication.

8-      The documents, tables, forms and maps are referred by numbers as given in the text.

9-      The title of the search, the researcher’s name and his foundation’s name are written at the top of the search.

10-   The researches are arranged only according to technical considerations of the magazine.

11-   The owner of a research cannot retrieve it whether it is published or not.

12-   The owner of a published research is given a receipt of information.

Each paper published in the magazine becomes one of its reserved rights and the author cannot republish it elsewhere.
